Hi Cecily,
I’m glad the joy came though. I was concentrating so much on the drawings that I didn’t pay enough attention to the story. Thank you so much for your feedback! Caroline
First off Caro-leen (smile) – I’ve never heard about this adventure! Thank you for bring it alive!! Really appreciate the attention to color and the variance of perspective. So many special nuances in this one. My two favorite little details are the music coming out of the gate AND you basking in the light. The whole thing is a delight.
You are my most astute fan. I worked really hard on the differing perspectives and leaned into the colors from my mega box of Crayons. And that’s so funny about the details that you noticed because they troubled me so much I almost re-did them. Thanks for the feedback.
Ha-ha, that’s so funny. I guess I never lugged my guitar with me to the office, so you wouldn’t have known. I can’t think of any other details, you know me pretty well. Thanks for the comment.
What an amazing and fun story! Ça me fait plaisire de penser à toi là-bas!!
Yes, it was amazing. I think of the band often. Tu m’as fait tres plaisir avec ta reponse en francais.
Je travaille à réviser mon français. But I have to check my accents and genders constantly 🙂
Wonderful memory to have, so joyful! I love the drawings and the story.
Hi Cecily, I’m glad you caught the joyful part of it. I didn’t want to over-do it. Thanks for the praise about the drawings.

Hi Caroline! I’ve worked with you for a number of years now, and now idea you played guitar and sang. What else are you hiding from me? 🙂
